By using SKY CARS services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Service Estimates
All service estimates provided are approximate. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of your vehicle after inspection. You will be informed of any additional costs before work begins.
3. Vehicle Condition
SKY CARS is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues with your vehicle. We conduct a thorough inspection before any service and document the vehicle condition upon arrival.
4. Warranty
Our services come with a limited warranty on workmanship. Warranty terms vary by service type. Genuine parts and consumables used carry the manufacturer warranty.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash and digital payment methods. Uncollected vehicles after 7 days may incur daily parking charges.
6. Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking priority.
7. Liability
SKY CARS liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
